Staff the best I have ever experienced at any hotel hands down! Stayed in a 2queen+sofabed room which was large and clean, the furniture in good condition and comfortable, all appliances working perfectly, and the breakfast/lobby was great. Visited during a road trip with my friend and two children. Due to weather and vehicle trouble, we stayed at this hotel for double the intended stay. Meghan at the front desk was the most pleasant and helpful person I have EVER dealt with at a hotel - she worked with us to extend our stay (including checking for future availability due to the uncertainty of our position), finding auto repair shops to help us, liaising with the auto repair service when my mobile phone wasn't working (of course), and was great with the kids as we spent a large amount of unexpected time at the hotel and in the lobby. This list is not exhaustive either! Highly recommend this hotel for great value and experience at a moderate cost.

Hampton Inn is a pretty good place to stay. You get pretty good breakfast and coffee in the morning. Rooms are spacious .. The only issue I have is the shampoo and soap bottles they provide. The shampoo bottle was empty, I. Left it on the bathroom counter for housekeeping to fill. The next day, they came in and did nothing with the bottle, so I. Left it there for the next morning. They did not show up in the room, as I was told. They come in daily wrong, they do not. This is an older Hampton Inn. I stayed in them before this one location is OK.

My room was pretty decent. I stayed out most of the time to not notice much of the flaws. I would suggest maybe checking all the towels to ensure their properly clean. I always bring my own towels and washcloths along with pillowcases. I also bring my own cleaning products and do my own cleaning just to make it a little comfortable for me. The shower was one of my best part of the hotel room. Lastly I would suggest that the carpets be shampooed. Other than that, the location is great and the price was decent.

Location is great, however, I rated the room a (2). The carpet and furniture is well used and dated. Bathroom sink was clogged and not clean. Bed linen did not appear to be fresh. Carpet could use a good shampoo. Overall hotel is dated. Not a comfortable stay.
